Toll brothers is the best contractor they honor warranty came out and fixed my family’s neighbors house last year. Very reliable and the best home builder in the market. I recommend toll to anyone.

Today I submitted a warranty request for a landscape vegetation that I believe was incorrectly installed by Toll Brothers subcontractor, they used a "volcano" style earth which means the rain water would just sit inside a "bowl" like earth and would then kill the tree. Toll Brothers representative kept going back to "it's not covered under warranty", but they would not admit to the unprofessional shoddy work. This means I will likely not purchase a new build from them, they do not treat their customer right.

Buyer beware!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst experience buying a new townhouse in NC ever. We have never seen a builder that requires a promissory note in addition to deposit. My husband was unexpectedly transferred to a new location within his company which is over an hour away. So, we asked if we could terminate our purchase.
