Went there to get a key made, said their key machine is broken, And stated that management doesn't want to spend the money to get it fixed said to go to the pit, stop went to the pit stop and the pit stop said that Tolliver should have given you the key code. While you were there, Christopher really doesn't know what the hell he's doing.!! Poor customer service 😢

I bought a 2023 Chevy 3500 with 45k miles. They stated that the service had been done, but the brakes needed replacement, the airfilter was very dirty, and the tires were dangerously bare amen it arrived up here in Montana. Pay attention to the whole vehicle and have a mechanic look at it before purchasing.
Dropped my car off at Toliver to have it looked at as it was throwing codes, they stated they would look at it on by the next morning and call us to let us know. Never heard anything from them. Had to call service multiple times to get an answer, hubby had to end up having to go to the dealership to get answers, was giving the run around. Services stated they would have an answer by that evening. Never heard anything back until days later after multiple calls.
