Complete lack of communication from dealership, not only with the customer but with General Motors themselves. Multiple times the customer was asked by GM to tell the dealership to return communications.. customer still has not received service order from date of service.. more than two weeks ago. Overall unprofessional experience each time Toliver service department has been used.
Went there to get a key made, said their key machine is broken, And stated that management doesn't want to spend the money to get it fixed said to go to the pit, stop went to the pit stop and the pit stop said that Tolliver should have given you the key code. While you were there, Christopher really doesn't know what the hell he's doing.!! Poor customer service 😢
Stop in and ask for the Moon man if you want the best customer service without all the games.
