Paul was amazing. It was my first time utilizing his pool service. I had tried to make a reservation previous years and they were booked (2-4 weeks in advance!). I had to resort and tried my best to do self-maintenance since the pool companies were so booked. This year I booked months before. WOW! What a great experience. Eric and Angel arrived (when they said they would), and after introducing themselves, started work right away. Granted they serviced our pool for the previous 2 owners, but they knew exactly what needed to be done, and did so in a timely manner. Both were courteous, answered all my questions, and cordial. As this is my first time owning a pool, Eric communicated everything he was doing, and why he was doing it, and even gave some tips as to make next years pool experience more pleasant.
