That’s why it’s such a benefit to have Cleveland Clinic providers available right here in the Youngstown–Warren area. I chose Dr. Tolga Icli, MD for both the affiliation and the convenience. The office staff was welcoming and helped put me at ease during my first visit. Dr. Icli provided excellent care, took the time to listen, and thoughtfully addressed all of my questions and concerns.
