Came on Sunday at 9:55 it says you guys open at 9 nobody here and it’s not 10:30 if you open at a certain time why is no one here I have work and now I might be late
Spoke with one guy who had an attitude from the beginning , then tried to give me some excuse why he wouldn’t want to touch my tire . I went down the street to Isaac’s tire shop instead . In and out .
Absolutely terrible experience. I came in ready to spend money on tires and left wondering how this business stays open. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. The staff acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience. What should have been a simple tire purchase turned into a frustrating waste of time. I came here because I thought my tires needed to be balanced as they were making a weird noise. He was honest about not wanting to take my money because he wasnt exactly sure what was wrong, but he figured it out. It was a problem with my hubcaps that I never would have found.
Called them. Asked them a simple question. I spoke to the guy both Spanish and English and he just cut the call off. Amazing service would come back again.
