WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE you will ever receive. He came out to our RV and replaced one of our units with a brand new unit that DID NOT WORK. He left our camper stating he needed to order more parts for it. We have been waiting for these parts for over 3 months. When you can get lucky enough to get him back on the phone it's one lie after another. We finally had to have another company come out and clean up the mess he made.
