I wasn't going to leave a review at all but every time I turn around something else jumps up. Called Toledo Mobil RV to fix my awning as it would not close completely on both sides. I was told that the vinyl was stretched and that replacing the vinyl would fix my issue. That did not resolve the issue. They did offer to not charge the trip charge since it was mis-diagnosed. (January, 2025) The furnace on my 2017 Forest River Arctic Wolf 5th Wheel quit working. I called Toledo Mobile Marine on a Wednesday; they were there the next afternoon. They quickly determined they needed to pull the unit and take it back to the shop. I expected that was going to be the case. On Friday, Sam called me with an update. The furnace needed several new parts. He hoped to have it ready by early the next week. Brand new camper slide topper game half out of the bead track while camping at Cedar Point. Called dealership who weren’t helpful. We needed someone to completely remove the bead track so we could bring the slide on to travel. Called 6 different mobile mechanics. Only one had a person answer - Toledo Mobile RV Repair. They were able to get someone out to us same day. Our tech was polite and quick so we didn’t miss anymore time at the park with our kids. I would definitely use them again.
