Tuesday June 30,2026 Arrived @10:20 Receptionist turned my 8 year old daughter away as soon as we walked in. Told can’t be seen Due to it being 10 minutes until lunch “nobody was in lobby”said they also had a training at 11:00. We were in Dollar General parking lot and my daughter smashed her finger “thumb” in the car door. We rushed over to the quickest place not even a mile away, and got turned away. Great and promt service! Thorough assessment and remedy! Glad they are here and will continue using them.
Great staff and very friendly. Dr. Melissa is wonderful. Very caring and professional. My only complaint is when I leave a message for the nurse to return a call with test results I have to call 2-3-4 times before I get a call back. Same with prescription refill I have to leave several messages before I get a call from the pharmacy.
Oh my goodness! This place and the entire staff seem to truly care about patients. It’s evident they enjoy their jobs and aren’t afraid to assist in any way needed. The NP was super fast in sending my Rx to Toledo Pharmacy. I highly recommend Toledo Health!
Melissa Vines has been my healthcare professional for over 2 years. What about she is very best I've ever experienced. If you guys are sick or need anything health-wise go see these folks that are fantastic.
