I never should have listened to my wife. She wanted me to go here because they looked out for her l but let me tell all disabled Military veterans something STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! They will not entertain your application. They will not call you or send you an email telling you your approved or not. Im actually glad there true colors came out one less Biased Loan Company I gotta Deal with and no I dont wanna talk to customer service your probably just as bad as the Company itself...Wish I could give yall No Stars...
Rude nasty attitude I don't like the way how she was talking to me on the phone and I will not never come here as a costumer she has a nasty attitude and this needs to be fired from her job because this here has got me so heated but I hope someone reads this to understand that who ever she is she is not worth my time at all
If you’re a disabled Veteran, or on a fixed income like SSI or SSDI I wouldn’t recommend getting a loan from this prejudice place or company. Even if you communicate with them a change in your income. How you pay back the loan will be used against you & ban you from future applications… Which makes no sense as I was told.
