I’ve been doing business with Taledo for 9 years off and on, the people who work there are great people and understanding. They have always worked with me and have been respectful and have been like family. Rene is an amazing manager and after here recently closing my account, I know if I need help again I know who I can count on.

I been using them for years but for the last couple of months the two people who call me are very rude and unprofessional. Mia and the "manager" Renee are so rude and short on the phone. they also contradict themselves. They tell me things like you have until the 17th to decide and then call me a week earlier and THREATEN me that they will close my account. I will not work with this company anymore if this is how they treat a four year long customer.
