Check in process smooth, everyone is very kind. I will not go anywhere else for labs.
Have radiologic procedures here 3-4 times a year, labs 1-2 times a month.. . Maumee location is very convenient. Check-in process is smooth and efficient, staff notifies of potential wait time. Love looking at the the prairie garden while I wait. Radiology staff is always professional without sacrificing warmth and friendliness. I got there right when I thought they opened (8 am) for some blood work, but unfortunately the hours are not updated. The lab opens at 7:30. I had a short time frame before I had to be back for my kids, which put me 7th in line, instead of first. Labs are normally extremely slow, in my experience, so I thought there was no way I'd be able to leave at 8:30. They breezed through patients and I was seen at 8:15! That's the way labs should be. Called to see where I need to go for a PET scan there. You cannot reach a LIVE person! Have to leave voice mail which I'll probably never receive a call back - have had other issues with TC as well - beginning to think it's time to dump the Toledo Clinic and find another provider. This is ridiculous.
