We were in and out in less than 20 minutes and staff members were so friendly, welcoming, and kind. The place was very clean and easy to navigate!
The women who check you in are great! The phlebotomist are unfriendly and don’t seem to have any kind of system to know who arrives when. Terrible service plus unfriendly, no thanks!!
Great new building with great staff. It's clean and there is plenty of parking. Easy to get to and quickly accessible to the highway.
Check in process smooth, everyone is very kind. I will not go anywhere else for labs.
Have radiologic procedures here 3-4 times a year, labs 1-2 times a month.. . Maumee location is very convenient. Check-in process is smooth and efficient, staff notifies of potential wait time. Love looking at the the prairie garden while I wait. Radiology staff is always professional without sacrificing warmth and friendliness.
