I did my chemo there. The nurses were wonderful! And watching the birds and butterflies was calming. I loved the little squirrel that liked peeping in the windows.
My girlfriend came to see the people at the cancer clinic. She did not have a physical copy of her insurance card only a digital copy with the app her insurance company has. Drove 1.5 hrs to be turned away. Absolutely disgusting people
I went for a CT scan. Everything with that was fine and pretty normal. From what I could see, it looks like a newer well kept facility. Im not happy with the fact all I was provided for results was a document of what “their” doctor saw and never received images for my surgeon. I had to go get another CT scan done at another facility because I needed images. But why does that matter. Its only money 💸💸💸💸
The two receptionist upstairs had an awesome working relationship and it helped ease my anxiety listening to them joke with each other and actually enjoy their jobs. They were super friendly with checking me in too. Dr. Kasunic is absolutely amazing and you feel like family and not just a number to him. He gets into the room quick but takes his time explaining things and is very knowledgeable. He takes every concern seriously and actually listens which is hard to find in a provider now days.
