I went for a CT scan. Everything with that was fine and pretty normal. From what I could see, it looks like a newer well kept facility. Im not happy with the fact all I was provided for results was a document of what “their” doctor saw and never received images for my surgeon. I had to go get another CT scan done at another facility because I needed images. But why does that matter. Its only money 💸💸💸💸
The two receptionist upstairs had an awesome working relationship and it helped ease my anxiety listening to them joke with each other and actually enjoy their jobs. They were super friendly with checking me in too. Dr. Kasunic is absolutely amazing and you feel like family and not just a number to him. He gets into the room quick but takes his time explaining things and is very knowledgeable. He takes every concern seriously and actually listens which is hard to find in a provider now days.
Dr is amazing, however my fmla has taken 12 days and still has not been returned and I have called my care navigator for 2 days in a row and still not heard back.
The staff is always amazing. The facilities are clean. The lab wait time moves quickly if busy.
This is a great place to get test done , I highly recommend this facility. Just be careful driving around the circles, counterclockwise only please
