Jarrett Tolbert himself installed our band new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. There was significant water damage and mold from the faucet leaking because it was not installed correctly. He sent out another crew member to fix the problem... they sprayed the mold and falling apart wood with bleach and placed an untreated, plywood board on top of the wet, moldly base. If you are a slum lord - this is the guy for you, but if you care for your home, either DIY or save money to have quality work done.

I would NOT recommend using Tolbert's Handyman services based on my horrible experience with Jarrett, the poor workmanship, lack of communication, lack of customer service and above all ETHICS. 1. The invoice line items did not match the items we discussed during the estimate walk-through. There were misc. line items where I thought this was a general category for the items we discussed, but it turns out we were told what we discussed was "not on the invoice" so therefore it did NOT get done.
