I visited this morning for a consultation for laser tattoo removal. While I was filling out paperwork in the waiting room, I overheard one of the front desk personnel on the phone with a patient. When she hung up the phone, she turned to the other two women behind the counter and proceeded to laught about how "Stupid" the woman on the phone was.
