Dr. Tolan, is the most understanding Doc. I've ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. He takes time with his clients not just rushing you in, and out. Also his wife, also plays a tremendous roll behind the sens, scheduling filing etc. But 5 stars can not explain the scale of compassion, and care. I can say without a doubt they care about my needs. And go above and beyond to meet me where I'm at. I thank you both..... Susan at the front desk also is very good at her job and has tremendous patience. Ty
Update: I wanted to update my review because I don't think Dr. Tolan & his staff get the recognition they deserve. Do you know how many times I have been to a doctors office where they are there to just be there but they're not actually there or they're not actually listening. For almost 5 years my health has declined, i had a heart attack was referred to rheumatology, hematology, cardiology, who all did absolutely nothing. Then Dr.Tolan out of all doctors saved my life in the most LITERAL sense, i wouldnt be here if it wasn... read more
Ever since I started going there my mental health has improved drastically And the people that works there are very friendly and helpful they don't pass judgment And doctor tolan knows what hes doing I actually seen him in 2013 at crossroads and I was upset when he left and then My friend told me this year her doctor's name was Keith tolan and once I found out he had his own practice I immediately gave him a call
The most qualified and knowledgeable Psychiatrist ever! Loving his way of relating to my concerns with answers! Highly recommend Dr. Tolan!
