Update...as of 1-19-2024 my issues has not got resolved. I have called the shop and no response. I have emailed and again no response. I have called Sean's phone and it is either out of service or disconnected. It has been 3 months since I started this venture of being scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Ordered Low rider ST lowers. First set good. Needed a replacement single and got a new run that was much different and had something in it rattling. UPDATE, 1/10/24. This is a good one! On January 10th around 1430est, I reached out to Sean's property manager at the address listed, 441 Eastgate Rd, and I was told that Sean/TOL Designs had been evicted 6 to 8 months ago. I was shocked when Sean reached out to me on 12/28 to ask me what parts I am missing and that he will have Mike the shop manager get them ready for UPS pickup. Well, this is me holding my breath... Sean Belitsos / TOL Designs . Well, I tried to do this the professional way, but what are you going to do ... Sean and his company TOL Designs are 100% crooks. Purchased a fairing kit, got half of the fairing kit, got a random $2,000 charge for something that I didn't purchase, reached out, reached out again, and again... Left emails and voicemails and no response to any. the first set was awesome. Not sure what happened.
I purchased parts on July.3rd.2023. It took over a month to get a tracking number. Once I recieved the tracking number from ups it sat limbo for over a month stating that my shipping label had been created and my updated shipping date would follow soon.i reached out again to question what is going on to get a response that TOL had provided UPS with the wrong custom paperwork for the shipment to Canada.The shipment now has been canceled and can not get an explanation as to why.
