Long story short - I've been trying to get a refund of the unused $80 of $200 in gift certificates I bought pre-covid. 3 reasons: 1) the massages were mediocre at best, 2) nobody speaks english and I have 2 rods in my back so they don't understand my requests, the last straw #3 - the manager (Judy I believe) cancelled my 330pm appointment I made at 3pm - because 2 people walked in before I got there. RecommendedBest deep tissue massage ever.
Wasn't exactly sure what to expect by buying a session on Groupon, but it was wonderful! The 60 mins went by so quickly - will definitely be going back again soon
