Management should be ashamed. Being attacked by fruit flies trying to fly in my and the budtenders face and mouth, how disgusting. Shop elsewhere, this place is dirty and infested with bugs!
I had a disappointing experience at Tokyo Smoke. The customer service I received from Brenna was frustrating and left me feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously. The interaction felt unnecessarily difficult, and I expected a more professional and understanding approach. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving communication and service quality.

I shopped the store once and never want to go back. No product or prices listed anywhere, have to talk to the one employee working to see what they sold and how much it was. Employee was very rude and rushing me so he could go for a smoke break the moment I left the store.
