I’ve now had multiple experiences at this location, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing to put it softly. On both visits, the staff member present did not acknowledge us or offer assistance (they were glued to their phone screen sitting on a couch), which made the experience feel very unwelcoming. As a customer, you expect at least a basic level of engagement when you walk in, and that was noticeably lacking. Locked door and no answer just drove me to another shop. Less likely to come back if I can't get in.
Staff here is kind of rude, they seem like they hate their jobs. Their prices are also more expensive compared to other dispensaries.
