Chef Min has a great selection of fresh fish as well as hot cooked dishes. He rotates fresh fish from around the world such as Japan, Spain and others based on whats in season. King salmon, halibut fin, scallops, tuna toro, yellowtail toro, live shrimp, uni, foie gras are all very highly recommended.

My first time and last time in this restaurant. Don't buy for to go before look inside your bag. Not fresh, not tasty, i ate a little bit and had a horrible night
