The food was very good and the service was excellent. However, I had an issue with the billing process. One receipt showed only the cost of the meal, while another included the meal plus a 10% gratuity. This wasn’t made clear at all, which could easily lead customers to tip again on top of the automatic gratuity. To me, this felt misleading and dishonest. Both the customer copy and business copy should clearly reflect the gratuity charge to avoid confusion.

To start, I love hibachi and am always open to new restaurants. We are new to town and this place looked like what we are accustomed to. Worst and most expensive hibachi experience I’ve had. I had a steak and shrimp combo (not filet) with soda water. My wife had chicken with a Diet Coke. Our meal without tip was over $80.
