Reliably good food. There’s not much an atmosphere here, but I’ve never been disappointed with the service.
My family enjoys coming here. The fried salmon rolls and the customizable hibachi bowls are the best. My favorite is the hibachi bowl with crab and sausage - it is a unique and tasty combination. The people who run the restaurant are the nicest and most helpful. We plan on many more visits.
They use AI generated images for their food, they serve their food in plastic to-go containers that probably cost like 8 cents each, and their idea of "very spicy" is adding like 10 pounds of kimchi. If you want good Asian food, go to Spicity across the street instead.
Tokyo Grill is the most disappointing restaurant in Blacksburg. Me and my friend visited this earlier this week hoping to enjoy the recommendations given to us beforehand. When we first walked in, I was greeted by dated interior design and a spider coming down from the ceiling.
