The manager is rude and its so understaffed there they fr need some help back there worst restaurant in that food court
manger is so rude most of the time she is not there when they are understaffed i have seen her scrape the bad part off the food and service it right back and i have found hair n bones in my food and the manger doesn’t do anything about and just told me how it’s normal and she overprices everything
I recently visited this establishment and was extremely disappointed. The manager’s attitude was disgusting and rude, showing no accountability for the issues that arose. The food was also subpar dry and lacking flavor. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this place
Rebecca the manager takes no accountability for lack of support to her staff or proper scheduling. Hours advertise 11am. Its 11:15am and Im being told they won't have every item ready until 11:30. Its a shame one cook is trying to cook all the food at once to try to open and one person the front. This is a shame and I will be reporting them to chicago ridge mall staff. Please be patient if you see them understaffed. Its no fault of the workers fault.
Store opens at 11am. But they don't have any food ready until 1130...this makes absolutely no sense. Why open at 11? Every other store here has food ready when they open...🤦♂️ Amyways...I remember coming here when I was a teenager. (About 20 years ago) and the bourbon chicken is still as great as i remember. I hope Tokyo Express stays strong for another 20 years ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ
