Had a great first visit to Tokyo Café today for lunch! My fiancé got the spicy salmon roll and char siu fried rice, and I got shrimp dumplings, a chicken bun/bao, and sticky rice with chicken wrapped in a lotus leaf! All the food was awesome– the ratio of filling to rice was perfect in the salmon roll, the fried rice had a wonderful slightly charred flavor and deliciously crispy pork belly, the bun was incredibly soft, and the sticky rice was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic.
