The food wasn't too bad, the atmosphere was inviting. Although everytime I come here, there is always kids screaming and running out of the backroom by the front door. I understand daycare is expensive but come on, we all have to pay for childcare one way or another. That was the only thing that was a huge bothersome.
This is my comfort restaurant in all of Pocatello. When I had first moved here for college, me and my roommate would come here often on the days we didn't feel like cooking. Back when I had hardly any money to spend, this place made it worth it. I love their Tuna Tataki. I crave it all the time! It is a nice quiet atmosphere when I go sit down to eat. Food was good. Not busy at all for lunch. The employees are amazing and helpful
The food here is so good that I'm genuinely sad I have to give the restaurant 2 stars. The service is genuinely awful, and it has taken us over an hour to get food for 2 people. I'm not sure if they are just catering to online orders or if they don't properly staff, but I won't eat here again by choice. It's insane that a place with such good food has been so poorly run. I wouldn't eat here unless you have a lot of extra time to kill!
