I called up because I ordered the Sofreliner tough from a dental supplier and didn't know the difference between the cartridge and kit. When it arrived I found that I need the kit and the supplier said it was up to 3 weeks away. So I called Tokuyama Dental America and told them my tale of urgency and they are going to help me meet the need of my patient in far less than 3 weeks! I am totally impressed!
