This is the absolute WORST company to work for. They do NOT care about their employees and will work them in the ground. Instead of hiring more people they would rather work their loyal employees into the ground. They don't care if their employees has a vacation planned or family time, they only care about forcing loyal employees into mandatory overtime. Do better Tokusen! Your employees are the legs of that company, shame on you for how you treat them. WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

I only work there once got fired over a phone I been away for about 4 almost 5 years and they won’t hire me back but they’re hiring but they’ll hire people back that walks out on them and quit I was there almost 3 years

Have no clue why they post jobs on indeed I know several people including myself that have put in applications and got no response in return no wonder why it's a big turnover rate their staff has no clue on what they are doing

I have been employed 3 times as temporary employee at this factory. From spool Repair to Multiple teams Stranding as well as material handling Day Shift and Overnight. This time was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered in a "professional setting". My manager who Identified his self only as Ron. Did not know my name until the day he Breached my contract9/21/18, by removing me from my specified position, he was also the one who coerced me into signing my training packet before I was properly trained.
