Scheduling and communication with Tokunaga Family Dentistry was fine. On my appointment date I was contacted early in the morning that my dentist would be late, well past my scheduled time. I would not have been able to accommodate the change so I rescheduled. I get it, things happen. On my rescheduled appointment I was quickly taken back into a treatment area. The Tokunaga Family are the kindest, most patient, helpful dentists I’ve ever seen. I had a stressful experience with an emergency root canal that was done 13 years ago. Since then, I’ve had multiple dentists work on my tooth but I’ve never been happy with the results of their work. After I needed a reentry root canal, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Joji took time to make me feel comfortable that they could restore my tooth while being as conservative with my natural tooth as possible.
