To get my $75,000 bond they try to charge me three times as much as other companies. They want to charge me close to $4000. For my bond for one year another bond company charge me $938 for the whole year highway robbery. Tokyo marina shame on you.
Clowns. After 4 years of being an ideal business to insure, they sent me a letter of non renewal over literally false information. I disputed it, and Terri Howard was rude, non helpful, and down right ignorant about his case to non renew. I reached out to my insurance agent to immediately cancel my insurance, and in the future I would advise anyone to not use this trash insurance company. I don’t even think I’ll hire any subs moving forward that have Tokyo marine as their insurance provider.
