I like coming here but they always have a long wait even if there is no other customers...?
Service – The food is okay. Miso Soup is legit. The service sucks though. I immediately knew the service would suck when I walked in and only asians were running the counter. One couldn't even understand me as she took my order and had to get her older sister. They should go back to picking rice.
Japanese making Japanese food – These guys got great chicken teriaki. They offer soup and salad for dinnner too. They also have a great poppy seed dressing too. The food comes out sizzeling on a platter. It's the bomb!
Bad Food Even Worse Service – Food was very bad and the service was even worse. The menu indicated that the meal came with soup and salad. When the meal came out, the soup and salad did not. We were told that the menu was wrong. The tempura came out soft and gooey. The sushi was fishey and smelly.
Great food...not so great service! – The food Is good the service is Bad. I just waited 35 minutes for a small order of Cali rolls and 3 spring rolls. After waiting sooo long I finally get my food home(about a two minute drive)...And have to re-heat the spring rolls, and there is no sauce or any condiments for the sushi!! Horrible Service......I give them a 4 out of 10
