Employees do not seem to know anything about their products. They keep products on high shelves behind the counters, and as someone who cannot see very well, it is difficult to know what they have. When I ask the employees about what they have, they just look at the shelves (while turning away from me) and just recite the name of the product. Absolutely love this shop!!!! If you have any questions or concerns about herbal remedies, the 2 wonderfully amazing ladies I've dealt with will answer and give you info you didn't even think to ask about. Extremely patient and instantly make you feel like you've found a long lost best friend cause they truly care. Please do yourself a favor and stop on in!
Abby is a very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store .
The young lady in there with the piercings and the dreads was such a great help! She’s completely patient and knows a lot about most the stuff in there! 10/10 recommend!
