Although the dress I bought for my daughter's christening is beautiful, I asked the owners to see if the matching bib and booties would possibly be available (they did not carry them in the store for me to see). They ended up ordering both the bib and the booties without my permission and charging me nearly $50. Upon receiving them, they do not even match the dress and are honestly quite ugly. Horrible Customer Service – I recommended Tokens of Affections to my sister after I had purchased a communion dress for my daughter two years ago. My sister purchased a dress for her daughter in February but in the past few weeks her daughter had a growth spurt and now the dress fits too snug. Horrible Experience for Child & Parent on 2/28/09 – My daughter and I went in to look at communion dresses and veils. After being shown some dresses (we were not allowed to touch the merchandise), my daughter had a few to try on. We were shown the "dressing room" - a small, blocked off area in the back of the store with no door (the owner's husband was walking around the store).
