The quality of the jewelry that is made at Token is great and made for longevity! I love how minimal and simple their pieces are. I have the minimalist necklace and it's the best!

I walked into Token Jewelry with both a necklace that had been purchased there as a gift a year ago for me that I was hoping to get some links removed to shorten a bit as well as a bracelet I purchased overseas that had broken and needed some additional expanders. After explaining to the owner what I needed she immediately rectified both in a cheerful, professional manner and would not accept any payment for her time or materials! It’s really hit or miss sometimes the sizing of rings is so far off other times they are perfect. Designs are pretty but the quality isn’t great and something you could get cheaper on Amazon I spent a lot of money because a friend recommended token but the jewelry just doesn’t hold up and isn’t worth it in my opinion.

The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. Sarah has always been an involved owner who makes you feel like part of the family. I know when I buy Token jewelry, I am buying an individual piece made by a person that loves being creative. That makes me happy.

I've had two permanent bracelets and a permanent ankle put on. All 3 pieces still look great! Highly recommend!
