Forever here is more like 8 hours. I purchased two forever bracelets and two forever anklets on Saturday for my daughters who live out of state. We were so excited for our matching permanent jewelry. However, later that same day one of the anklets fell off and was lost. DEVISTATING! Per usual, I was doing a last minute thing and getting married at the courthouse. I decided I was going to not buy some crazy expensive gaudy ring that didn't feel like me, so I stopped in to Token after looking online and deciding to get the herkimer diamond with a second simple gold band. I walk in, go right over to where they are and ask her if they can get me the size I need. This two stars is more for a specific product than anything else. These hoops are around $70, and since Christmas I’ve lost one, had to get a replacement, and have nearly lost another one just a month after getting it replaced. The one replaced (right) doesn’t close all the way, and this is after getting it reworked at Token (you can see the gap where it can’t close all the way when compared to the right). Update: they reached out and have fixed their reward system! So nice when small businesses are so helpful towards customers. Will continue buying jewelry here as it is such good quality! Thanks again I love the jewelry here and have several pieces, but I find it very irritating that when returning jewelry you don’t get your reward points back. I had to return earrings due to them bothering my ears and they informed me I wouldn’t be able to use the reward on a different item so I essentially lost my $30 off that I had earned.... read more
