My experience with the office, mainly with Gatekeeper Elizabeth, was atrocious. It took over a month for me to even get a hold of them to get an appt. They never returned my messages. Then once arriving to the office, Elizabeth scolded me as if she was the infamous Mommie Dearest. Who needs that? The practice lost my business for good. Unfortunately, It seems Dr. Edna Tokayer and Dr. Angela Richter approve of Elizabeth's dreadful people skills after reading other reviews. She still has a job. 1 star for them too.
Dr. Tokayer is a wonderful, caring, and expert endocrinologist. I’ve been seeing her for 6 years and she has done a great job of managing my thyroid issues. The staff is also amazing - respectful, kind, and diligent. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great endocrinologist!
Doctor tokayer is amazing so is Steve The staff in front desk are exceptional granted they get very busy I know I’m not only patient but the are a delight I give this 5 + stars I adore Elizabeth she works super hard and has huge responsibility
While the Doctor is good, her staff is awful! They never answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. I tried for over a week to get a prescription refilled and they would never return my calls nor would they return the call to the pharmacies calI. Collectively, we left over nine messages and no return calls. I would not recommend the doctor due to extremely poor service for office provide provides.
