I’ve been here a handful of times now (OG Herkimer location and now LF) and one thing that seems to be consistent is the really long wait times for food. And no, I’m not talking about on busy nights, which would be excusable, I’m talking about 5:30 on a Tuesday evening when there’s only maybe 2-3 other tables. About every time im there I’m waiting 45mins to an hour for my food, which seems way too long for a night that had few people (and who already had their food out). Everything I’ve had to eat from here so far has been impeccable. Pulled pork had perfect flavor and tenderness, dumplings have such a unique flavor profile, anything with the bong bong sauce is delectable, and the pho is excellent with a lovely broth and perfect noodle texture. Service is sometimes a little slow, but everyone is kind and the environment is heartwarming.
Update: You guys are also Liars, accountability is non existent apparently. So I will provide proof I was there for over an hour and a half waiting. I did try to pay for my drink (a flat Diet Coke that came from the last bit of a 2 liter) and a water my daughter wanted. Also I tried to pay for my appetizers(one that was wrong) and your server said he wasn’t going to charge me for anything, He wouldn’t let me pay. and he was so sorry you guys were “backed up in the kitchen so much from DoorDash” even though only 2 door dasher... read more
