☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing experience with Tok Raek Estate. They are extremely slow to respond, difficult to deal with, and very rude in communication. It feels like they don’t care about their clients at all. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.
We worked with Nick Terry recently on the purchase of a Commercial Property. Nick was one of the best realtors we've had the pleasure of working with! He was super quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had and was very helpful throughout the entire process!
Dustin Mortimer went above and beyond to help my client find a business office in an already constricted market. He was extremely prompt in relaying negotiation points to the landlord he represented, always kept us informed and was highly open to communication. I recommend Dustin to anyone seeking commercial office space in Idaho Falls.
I had a contract with the seller and they kicked it because they had a 5 day pre-approval clause which really gives them an out incase someone come in higher. Since they had a higher bid on the table they used the pre-approval letter clause to get out of the contract so they could entertain a higher bid. I will not do business with this company again.
