He was extremely prompt in relaying negotiation points to the landlord he represented, always kept us informed and was highly open to communication. I had a contract with the seller and they kicked it because they had a 5 day pre-approval clause which really gives them an out incase someone come in higher. Since they had a higher bid on the table they used the pre-approval letter clause to get out of the contract so they could entertain a higher bid. I will not do business with this company again.
I was absolutely impressed with Dustin and the team at TOK. They were professional and responded quickly to everything we needed. I will definitely use them again in the future.
