I’ve noticed many commercial properties are listed by Tok, and a large number of them are represented by Wilson Brothers. Unfortunately, my experience with their team has been disappointing—responses have been slow or nonexistent, and communication has felt unprofessional at times. I’m just trying to understand why properties are actively listed with contact information if inquiries via calls, texts, and emails go unanswered. Clear and timely communication would really improve the experience for potential buyers.
☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing experience with Tok Raek Estate. They are extremely slow to respond, difficult to deal with, and very rude in communication. It feels like they don’t care about their clients at all. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.
We worked with Nick Terry recently on the purchase of a Commercial Property. Nick was one of the best realtors we've had the pleasure of working with! He was super quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had and was very helpful throughout the entire process!
Dustin Mortimer went above and beyond to help my client find a business office in an already constricted market. He was extremely prompt in relaying negotiation points to the landlord he represented, always kept us informed and was highly open to communication.
