We are on an adventure from Salt Lake City Utah to Anchor Point Alaska, it has had a few bumps along the way. Our trailer axle broke on the wonderful roads when you enter Alaska. We sourced the new trailer axle from Fairbanks. We stopped by here to see if they could help us by welding the axle brackets in place while it was on the trailer. The owner was very happy and helpful to squeeze us in quick. Got it done in no time and we are back on our way. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was on my way to Alaska and my 2010 Mercedes ML320 popped a “Check Engine” light. I went in with the intention of buying a Code Reader, but Mathew at the front desk not only offered to lend me his, but came out to check my car. Confirmed what I suspected was causing the light to pop up. Mathew went above and beyond just to help a traveller on the road. Really appreciate that. This kind of caring, empathic service is becoming very rare. Highly recommend this Napa Store for outstanding service.
