Purchased two Bretton sofas in 2020 direct from Toja for our large covered patio, chose this company because they are Canadian and quality seemed top tier. We have absolutely loved them until I noticed this summer some instability and grinding sounds when sitting. Turned them over and discovered the vertical brackets on both sofas have snapped.
