I'm sharing my experience with toi I thought I could trust her to help manage my hair which my natural hair was down to my back every time I came to get a silk press she advised me to keep relaxing my hair over and over by the end of november of 2025 I lost all of my hair and had to cut off because it was completely overprocessed . I will never return to her salon again

Ms. Tois is very professional and skilled in her field. She started with my hair on time. I had a wash + treatment, trim, and silk press. She was great. I Will definitely go back to her beauty salon and would recommend friends and family to her

Ms. Toi is a proficient hairstylist. She knows what’s she’s doing no doubt about it. I have long thick hair and I’ve loved my hair results each time. However, an area of growth for her is timelines. I’ve booked with her twice and both appointments started well after the scheduled time. One thing to keep in mind is that payments are expected to be payed in full at the time of booking.
