I called to make an appointment for plumbing repair yesterday and waited and no one showed up or called to tell me they were not coming. I had to call, and they rescheduled me for the next day, sadly, they did not show up again and I had to call once again to find out. Communication is horrible. Also, when I called, a different person answered saying they were a lock-smith company an hung up on me. So many red flags!

The ease of installation of their water heaters was surprising. I was able to install it myself with minimal effort, thanks to the clear instructions provided.
Toilet Repair are to be commended! I was so blessed to have them respond to 2 issues I had. They were professional, efficient beyond any other company I have ever used. More importantly to me was their compassion. The second issue happened while they were working on the main reason I had called. They took their time to assist and resolve my problem.
