Scam business, watch out. I set up an appointment for the same day and they never showed up. Kept on calling and they refused to answer the phone with one of them hanging up on me

I called to make an appointment for plumbing repair yesterday and waited and no one showed up or called to tell me they were not coming. I had to call, and they rescheduled me for the next day, sadly, they did not show up again and I had to call once again to find out. Communication is horrible. Also, when I called, a different person answered saying they were a lock-smith company an hung up on me. So many red flags!
