I love that their water heaters are designed with safety in mind. It's reassuring to know that they have features to prevent scalding and other potential hazards.
These guys are awesome! They had trouble coordinating with the city of Grapevine but we're persistent and didn't give up. They communicated well with me so we could all coordinate a time to get the repair done. My technician, Toilet Repair was really good at explaining and demonstrating the problem. He found my shut off valve so we didn't have to install a new one and saved me lots of money. So grateful to them for their professionalism and hard work.
