Worst customer service! porta potties stay filthy. They wont call you back or respond about servicing! I've emailed, called, submitted on their website- no response. TERRIBLE!!!
Jennifer McGuire has been really responsive and quick to resolve issues that occurred with port o let delivered to my jobsite. When addressed to her , she made it her top priority to resolve the issue. The GM sent a video showing the issue was rectified. Jennifer is amazing.

As a construction superintendent for Taylor Morrison, I have more than 20 toilets on-site that are maintained weekly by Toi Toi. Jennifer McGuire, The Executive Sales Representative, provides exceptional customer service. Jennifer expertly organizes the delivery and removal of all toilets required for the construction site. Due to a recent storm, several toilets required additional cleaning. Jennifer was able to schedule cleaning for the following day, no problem.
We used Blusite Solutions originally, and I guess they merged into Toi Toi, so here we are. I run a paintball park, and we get weekly service, and it's always the same, never had an issue. When we have special events from time to time we order extra units and extra weekend service. While I've had an issue with this being done on time in the past, ever since Roy, my new service rep, took over, I've had nothing but an easy time working with Toi Toi.
