This doctor's office is an absolute nightmare! I've never encountered such unprofessional, uncaring, and downright heartless treatment from medical staff in my entire life. While dr ruda seems like a great doctor do not go here if you are out of network. And I would highly recommend getting an EOB prior or costs up front for anything you are planning on doing here. For reference I have BCBS PPO, I had two routine vaccines here which were pushed by nurses and dr after I said no first (flu shot and tetanus shot) Both are covered at 100% if I went to Walgreens, which I have done in past. Sometimes it’s nice to be human, especially when the humans are the reason you have a meal on your table. I Have waited on Dr. Ruda before. First time EVER calling to notify that I would be late 12 minutes due to traffic. I was given 10 minutes as a “grace period” again was 2 minutes late past that. Dr Ruda refused to see me. Dr. Ruda is absolutely the best physician I have ever worked with. As a larger person, she treats me with dignity and respect and actually listens to my concerns before jumping to conclusions. In order to receive this kind of care I have had to pay for a Naturopath out of pocket. She is truly a practitioner of Integrative Medicine. I actually look forward to going to the doctors office now because I know I am going to learn something that will actually improve health.
Tohfa and her team are the most knowledgable, kind, and pragmatic doctors I have ever seen. Quick to recommend practical, natural remedies, and also diligent enough to recommend medication when needed.
