Took my brand new 4 stroke 9.8hp engine out for the first time for it to fail on me. Took it to a dealer at the end of October 2021 to be told that the carburettor needed to be replaced. Still waiting for parts 3 months later with no ETA. They do not keep parts in AUS for these engines. Rubbish service.
