Sent a size to small sandwich when I doordashed
So.... we've avoided Togo's for a few years. But we've had a group of people working at our house over the last week and needed a quick way to feed them. Hence the call to Togo's in Scotts Valley. Well, we've called in orders two different times. The people on the phone were terrific. Our orders were perfect and ready when they said they would be. And! The sandwiches were really great. Stuffed full and really tasty. Fresh and plentiful produce, generous amounts of meat and cheese. Complete turnaround in our book!
I love to eat here so I'm not speaking negative about the workers but I don't understand why I was waiting at the online pickup counter for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me because turns out my order was ready the whole time. I saw it the whole time I was waiting and that unnecessary wait time could have been avoided if ANY of the people working could have said "Hey I'm busy right now but will be with you soon" or "I'll be right with you" or even just ask me if I'm waiting for an order and they can check it ... read more
