Ordered sandwich online. Somehow never appeared to them when I arrived for pickup. Re ordered. Had her double check no pickles as I'm allergic to something with most pickle brine. She checked said none. First bite.... plenty of pickles! Took it back and she still wanted to argue with me about no pickles in it when could visibly see them in both halves! Stopped by this sandwich shop for a quick lunch. The place was clean and the staff was friendly enough. The sandwich I ordered was made fresh, and the ingredients seemed decent, though nothing really stood out. Prices were fair for what you get, and the service was pretty quick even though it was the lunch rush. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re in the area and want something simple and filling, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
I went there for two pastrami and turkey sandwiches and the lady barley spoke English, she put 3 times the meat I asked for. I never asked for extra. I asked to mix turkey and pastrami on a 9 inch regular sandwich. She charged us $62.00 and then adjusted the price to $49.00 dollars. This price is crazy for just two sandwiches. I emailed the owner for a refund and my bank said I got a $0 credit from Togos. The people are scamming!!!!!!!! I have read many bad reviews recently. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!
The girl working the counter got my order wrong. She could barely speak or understand English. She was Indian . And on top of that she proceeded to pay herself a tip and I didn't offer to her. Besides messing up what I told her to put on their on my large pretzelrami bun it's like she put on the pastrami for the smaller one and I ordered the large. Very DISAPPOINTED because I feel like she didn't give me what I ordered and skimmed on the meat!!! I MOST DEFINITELY AM NOT GOING OVER THERE NO MORE!!!
This is the second time I have ordered a black forest ham sandwich and both times get home to discover i had a turkey sandwich. So check your sandwiches before you leave to avoid being upset over the wrong sandwich.
