I went yesterday to get some sandwiches with my son and we had the very bad experience the place was super hot. There's was no AC. Very bad work conditions for the employees. I see some customers eating outside because inside the place was extremely hot... I really like this place hope they fix the AC. ASAP
I am a regular customer at this location. Food & service is always great … However I went in today during this Heat wave, & there is absolutely NO WAY that this building with NO AC is in compliance with OSHA & the health inspection department. I will be filling formal complaints. It’s BURNING hot in there I thought I was gonna pass out. There’s not even a single fan. All of their ingredients are out & not refrigerated, including the bread. There’s no way it’s not going bad in that oven! This is unacceptable in 2026.
The App offer make just ok price wise. The meat inflation raised prices on Pastrami, RB, and all the Cheesy Meat Sandwiches to a questionable choice!
Great sandwiches, great service! Started going to Togo’s in early 1972 at the very first location on Williams, located right near San Jose State University! Am a loyal customer to this day!
Love me some Togo’s! Workers at this location are always friendly.
