Staff more interested in going home than service to the customer. My soon used the kiosk and didn’t realize he didn’t take off the produce. He went to order another sandwich and the dude told him sorry I shut down my oven and we closed 5 minutes ago. It was my son’s fault but this employee did several things why we were there that showed he just wanted to clean up and get out there even during normal business hours.
We decided to have lunch and dine-in. OMG!! The young man taking our order was great!! We sat down waiting on our order and my toddler vomited. As I was trying to clean up. The young man comes and says don't worry I will clean it up. And asked if my toddler was okay. Very nice through the whole dine-in. The lady's also there Very nice. I was very satisfied and as a mom, loved how he took control over the mess. Thank you again team !!
I went in on a Thursday night it was last minute as I had just gotten off work and they told me that they couldn’t toast sandwiches anymore because they turned their toaster off at 7:40 when they close at 8. They were so rude and kept rolling their eyes so I just told them never mind I don’t want the food so I walked out. They need to work on their customer service and also have a sign that toasters are turned off 20 minutes before closing
