Never had a bad experience with Togo’s …
We arrived a little more than an hour before closing on a Friday night. It was apparent that the employees were busy cleaning up for closing. We were abruptly asked to use the kiosk. Being unfamiliar with it, we navigated it to our best of knowledge. Accidently it read our order had cancelled but thankfully it was saved. Not once were asked if we needed assistance and honestly we could have placed our order much faster had they taken it as soon as we entered. We went for sandwiches and everyone else wanted sandwiches too. There was one lady. I didn't know her name, but she took everything in stride. Our sandwiches were delicious and everyone was pleased.
Best Togo's I've had in a Very long time. Ordered pastrami sandwich, the guy who made it (chef's kiss).
