Have to to tell, Total turn around in service and product quality since ownership change.
The sandwiches at Togos are the BEST. Better than the competition. The quality is consistently excellent and I always enjoy the food they make at Togo's. I had the Santa Fe chicken wrap. Delicious.
Customer service was great but he put the pastrami on in the microwave but he didn't put all of it in my sandwich. Very ddisappointed because every where I go what they put in the container they ALWAYS put it in the sandwich. He's a black kid from Canada and I was disappointed with My pastrami sandwich but My wife was happy with her sandwich. I'm not going back EVER just for that Reason and he basically wasted the rest of the pastrami instead of putting it in My sandwich. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
Great crew working there these days.
