Bad Taste – Wow. Where do I begin? I love Togo's. I really do. They completely trump Subway and Quiznos. But the customer service at this place is the worst. The wait is horrendous--they have only two ppl making sandwiches. What's worse is that you can hear other employees in the back laughing and hamming it up. You are not greeted when you walk in--instead you are treated with a frown by the workers because you are making the line even longer. TOGO'S Hillcrest, Antioch, Ca. – I visit Togo's at least three times a week during school. The staff is friendly, Keesha and Alex are great staff member's. They always Greet you when people come in to the store. Saying hi to a customer is very customer friendly. They always let you know that they will be right with you when they have customer's before you when you walk in. They have great sandwich's and I love the soup and salad's.
