The Office in this place is very disorganized an will change your apt at the drop of a hat. The customer service is lacking and therefore you have to think the service will be the same. They require a verification of appointment. Someone in the office called three days b4my procedure and I indicated that I would be there. When I got there since I didn't call to confirm with (I don't know who) my aptmt was cancelled, after I had arranged for a ride and had driven all the way over there.
